Easy Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 100 ml Borges extra virgin olive oil
- 100 ml Borges almond milk
- 200 g flour
- 50 g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 envelope baking powder
- 100 g dark chocolate chips
- 50 g Borges sliced almonds
Step by step

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and place paper liners in a muffin tin.

Beat the eggs and sugar together in a bowl. Add the extra virgin olive oil and the almond milk. Mix well.

Gradually add the flour (sifted), cocoa and baking powder, stirring until the batter is smooth. Add the dark chocolate chips.

Divide the batter among the muffin cups, filling them ¾ full. Sprinkle with slivered almonds and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Let the muffins cool on a wire rack before serving.
