Melon Soup with Balsamic Cream

Ingredients
- 800 g of melon
- 2 white peaches
- 2 Greek yogurts without sugar
- A few mint leaves
- A handful of chopped hazelnuts
- A drizzle of Borges Modena balsamic cream
- A drizzle of Borges truffle balsamic cream

Mash the melon and peaches (peeled and pitted), and mix them with the yogurts.

Let the soup cool in the refrigerator and serve with a few mint leaves on each plate, some chopped hazelnuts in the center, a drizzle of Modena balsamic cream, and another of truffle cream.
